Tracy Liberatore, JD, PA
is the founder of Med Legal Pro LLC, and has been a Physician Assistant in North East Pennsylvania since 2003. She graduated from Marywood University’s PA program in 2002 in the top 10 percent of her class. She has worked in various specialties to include Ear Nose and Throat, Head and Neck surgery, and Hematology-Oncology at Geisinger Wyoming Valley, Psychiatry, Physiatry, and Urgent care, and is proficient with electronic medical records. She graduated from Law School with high honors and Valedictorian of her class in 2016 earning the Jack R. Goetz award. She received distinguished honors each year, earned the Legal Services Award, and an award for outstanding achievements in contracts. She is a member of the California bar since September 2016 and currently works for many distinguished law firms as a medical-legal consultant.
Kenneth C McCawley, RN, BSN, CCRN, CEN
has been a nurse since 1992 and is a Combat Decorated Military Veteran who was active and served as a “doc” in the field and a retired Major. He started the open heart program at CMC hospital in Scranton PA, has worked in trauma and ICU, has 13 years experience as a successful Director of Nursing writing policies and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and Senior Clinical Specialist for a national healthcare company. He is currently the director of nursing for a 120 bed rehab facility in Pennsylvania. Mr. McCawley has extensive experience in working in skilled nursing facilities where he deals with pressure ulcers, wound care, and nursing home falls. He has reviewed cases for attorneys on nursing home negligence.
